Job Overview
The Clerk II Counselor will provide administrative secretarial support to Professional School Counselors. Incumbent will relieve counselors of routine clerical tasks and establish a professional, friendly and helpful atmosphere in the counseling office.
Position Description
- Serve as receptionist and receive visitors; manage walk-ins and counselor appointments using positive customer service techniques
- Provide clerical support to counselors to relieve them of routine administrative tasks associated with the office (i.e.
special programs, mail outs, etc)
